We started off as a restaurant you all might know, BulBul. Opening in 2018, we saw BulBul as another member of our family along with all of our loyal customers that came with it. After a few years of business our team decided to turn BulBul into a food truck! It was something new for us and we loved every minute of it but missed our sit down restaurant. We thought of opening another restaurant after finding a location in Manlius that is perfect in every way. Soon thereafter, we thought of Diwan. Diwan is a place of gathering for friends and family, which is what we wanted to bring to our team and customers. A unique dining experience for people to enjoy authentic food. Diwan wants to bring something new to the community. Where our customers can take pleasure in the cuisine we’ve picked from a long list of dishes coming from the heart of the Middle East.
